Position: Accommodation Assistant

Hours: Part or Full Time Hours available.(Offering flexible working hours to suit team members needs)

Location: We are looking for team members to join the team in PREMIER SUITES Sandyford, PREMIER SUITES PLUS Ballsbridge and PREMIER SUITES PLUS Leeson Street.

PREMIER SUITES Dublin are currently recruiting for Accommodation Assistants to join the team in three city centre locations!

The Property

PREMIER SUITES offers guests the best of both worlds. All the safety and security of a hotel, but the added space and freedom of a fully furnished apartment. Each apartment are kitted out with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. There are 3 PREMIER SUITES locations in Dublin, PREMIER SUITES Sandyofrd, Ballsbridge and Leeson Street, each location is centrally located and easy to access by public transport.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager the role of Accommodation Assistant requires that the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene be maintained throughout the property, ensuring guests comfort throughout their stay. Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

  • To ensure all guest bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the hotels standards.
  • To ensure assigned public areas are cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with the correct procedures
  • To report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the supervisor or manager.
  • To check all quality of linen.
  • To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require.
  • To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department.
  • To replenish and tidy trolley at the end of shift.
  • To ensure a high level of security at all times.
