Stage 1

If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, please contact the following ISI Dublin staff: 

 Students currently studying at one of our adult schools

Please contact the school Reception and ask to speak to the Academic Manager or the School Director 

 Students (or parents of students) currently studying at one of our Young Learner schools

Please contact the Junior Programme Manager or the School Director  

 Participants currently studying on the ISI Dublin HSP Programme 

Please contact your HSP Coordinator  

 Students who have not yet arrived or who have already left ISI Dublin

 Stage 2

Most problems are resolved quickly and informally but if students (or parents) are dissatisfied with the outcome of their concerns, they should write to:
