My Experience Studying English in Ireland: Why I Chose ISI Dublin

Eduardo Pavani Soares sharing his experience studying English in Ireland

By Eduardo P. Soares

When I came to Ireland as a student, I was very excited about the opportunity to study English and have a new experience in another country. I wanted to improve my English, meet new people, experience a different culture and also have the chance to grow personally and professionally.

Unfortunately, my experience with the first school I chose was not very good. I had some problems with the school and I felt that the organization, the teachers and the quality of the classes were not what I expected. It was a disappointing experience because I came to Ireland with the goal of learning and improving my English.

Because of this experience, when I decided to continue studying English, I wanted to be more careful with my choice. I did not want to make the same mistake again. I wanted to find a school that was really good, with good teachers, good organization and a positive environment for students.

I started doing my own research about different schools in Dublin. I also asked some friends who had studied English in Ireland for recommendations. ISI Dublin was recommended to me by more than one person, and this caught my attention. My friends had good things to say about the school, the teachers and their experiences there.

After that, I also did my own research about ISI and its reputation. I found many positive comments and information about the school, which made me feel more confident about choosing it. For me, it was important to hear recommendations from people I know, but also to do my own research before making my decision.

What attracted me to ISI was the good reputation of the school, the teachers, the organization and the international environment. I think being around people from different countries is also a good way to practice English and learn how to communicate in different situations.

In my next course, I hope to improve my English in both speaking and writing. I want to feel more confident when I speak, understand people better and be able to express my ideas more easily. I also want to improve my writing and make fewer mistakes.

Improving my English is very important for my professional future. I want to continue developing my career, and I believe that better English can help me find new opportunities and communicate better at work. I also want to feel more confident when speaking English in everyday situations.

After my first experience, I am looking forward to having a new and better experience at ISI. I hope to learn a lot, meet new people, improve my English and, most importantly, see real progress during my course.
