Jennifer Diaz Green

Jen Diaz Green has been involved in ELT education for over 25 years in both Argentina and Ireland. She has a Degree in English Language Teaching from Argentina and a Master’s Degree in Education from Trinity College Dublin. She’s been an EFL teacher, an Academic Manager, a Teacher Trainer and most recently School Director. She’s in charge of quality standards, operational effectiveness and leadership in the company. In 2025 she finished a Postgrad on Workplace Wellness.

Zeynep Şahin

Zeynep has been teaching English language to adults for the last 12 years. She has a BA degree in American Culture and Literature and MA degree in Educational Technology. Currently, she is studying for a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction. Since she completed CELTA in 2013, she has been interested in classroom management, gamification, integration of technology into education and curriculum development.

Conor Carroll

Bringing my professional experience into play, I’ve built a solid foundation in the field. My two-year tenure at ISI, a leading institution, has been marked with success and growth. This journey has been accompanied by a strong background in education, which I’ve acquired over the years. On top of all this, I have a CELT certification. I obtained this credential five years ago, and it has significantly boosted my proficiency in the field. As we move forward, I’m eager to cooperate and contribute to collective success. Drawing from my past achievements and the knowledge I’ve gained, I’m ready to drive results.
