For students seeking to build an independent life in Dublin our self-catering student residence option is always in high-demand. Available all 12 months of the year, our residence accommodation, is located 10 – 15 minutes’ walk from ISI in the heart of Dublin’s city centre. The residence is reserved for students of 18 years or above (age at the time of their accommodation start date). The residence offers deluxe, high quality, single rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living space. Bedsheets and linen will be made available upon the student’s arrival. Cooking and cleaning is the student’s responsibility.

Our residence is located in a quiet area, 10 – 15 minutes walk from ISI’s two centres. The area has many shops, cafes and restaurants and is just a short walk from the bustling and hip Smithfield village, where there are many cool bars, cafés, restaurants, an art house cinema and a gym.

ISI Residence Support Service
We offer a full support service to all students in residence accommodation. Students should contact reception at ISI’s centres if they experience any issues or problems with their accommodation.
On their first day at school, each student must pay a refundable damage deposit. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking but it is between €200 and €300 depending on the room type. The deposit is refunded after check out, once the room has been inspected and there is no damage.
